What is the cash requirement?
The initial cash investment range is typically between $250,000 and $350,000. The range can be attributed to the decision of the franchisee to buy or lease the land, building and equipment. Typical total investment including financed items, range between $300,000 -$1.5 million.
Do you offer financing?
No. We currently do not offer in-house financing. We do, however, have relationships with national lenders, SBA and build-to-suit providers in order to help expedite the financing process.
What are the fees to be a franchisee?
There is a one-time franchise fee of $27,500, which is reduced to $17,500 for each additional location. The on-going royalty is 5% of gross sales. There is a volume discount for royalties available.
In what areas are you developing?
We currently are only developing in the following states: Alabama, Arkanas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
What sites are appropriate?
We have a systematic process of evaluating property. Each proposed site is personally inspected by a member of our team, as well as analyzed for industry-specific demographic information.
What type of training is available?
A franchise operator must attend and complete an 8-10 week training process. The process will include both classroom and field training. In addition to pre-opening training and grand opening support, a certified trainer will spend time at your location during the first year and as needed.
How much can I expect to earn?
Your earnings capability will depend on a number of factors including, but not limited to, your location, your operational ability and business acumen, as well as market conditions. As in any business venture there is no guarantee of your success or profitability. We do not make any earning claims. However, in Item 19 of our U.F.O.C., we do supply you with historical data relating to certain average sales, expenses and occupational costs.
