We sincerely believe we succeed in this business, when our franchisees succeed. That is why we provide an outstanding quality training program for our franchisees and their store crew, ensuring the customer receives the best retail experience in the industry when they visit any of our stores.
New franchisees attend an 8-Week Initial Training Program, much of it in Birmingham, AL, to learn every facet of operating and managing their business.
Franchisees will not be trained on how to become an auto mechanic. Franchisees will hire ASE Certified Mechanics to do mechanical work on vehicles. The franchisee is trained on how to manage the business.
Each new franchisee is assigned a Franchise Support and Training Officer, who will coordinate and oversee the Initial Training, and will also be at the store as it opens to provide additional training and support as needed.
In addition, we leverage our extensive corporate store operations personnel to provide two weeks of crew training for a new franchisee’s first store crew. We also provide an extensive range of continuous ongoing training for all crew members at both franchised and corporate stores.
