If the site meets our geographic and demographic requirements, the existing building also needs to accommodate for customers driving through and having pits installed. The only way to be sure is to allow us to review the site.

We do! Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers has developed a proprietary data management system called ExpressTrack. This powerful and user-friendly tool helps you manage and grow your business by gathering information through the POS (point of sale), payroll, and crew incentive systems and delivering impactful reporting on the success of your business.

We offer extensive learning opportunities through our comprehensive training program, where we provide the necessary resources and instruction for you to operate all facets of your business. Franchise operators must complete our eight-week training process, which includes both classroom and field training. It is not necessary to have experience in the auto service industry to become an Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers franchisee.

Our real estate professionals will provide extensive guidance, training, technology and support to identify and develop the best site for your business. Once you’ve signed a Franchise Agreement with us, our real estate experts will spend time in the market with you and a local commercial real estate broker to survey the marketplace for the best sites available.

We have opportunities open for franchise development in a number of select states. However, we may consider developing in other states with a franchisee’s commitment to build multiple units over a reasonable period of time.

We do have relationships with national lenders, as well as SBA and build-to-suit loan providers, and we’ll be happy to get you connected with them to help expedite your financing process. We do not currently offer in-house financing.

Franchisees who do not intend to be involved in day-to-day operations are required to have an Operating Partner to fill that role inside the store(s). This arrangement can take many forms, and we’re happy to discuss your options with you. We avoid arrangements where “absentee owners” have employees run the day-in, day-out operations of their business.

Yes! It is common for our franchise businesses to have an Operating Partner who runs the daily operations of the business and one or more Investing Partners who provide some or all of the capital necessary get the business up off the ground.

The typical Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers franchise opens its doors with 6-7 full-time only employees, including the manager and/or franchise owner. Of course, every situation is different, and we are happy to work with you to determine the staffing needs for your business.

Our standard hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm; Saturday, 8 am-5 pm; Sunday, Closed. This is designed to allow you and your team to balance personal life with the needs of the business.
