We understand that in order to have a successful franchise system, top-tier support from corporate is critical. At Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, we are deeply committed to providing the training, guidance and ongoing support our franchisees need to succeed.

We provide an outstanding, high-quality training program for our franchisees and their store crew, ensuring the customer receives the best retail experience in the industry when visiting any of our locations.

  • Management Training – New franchisees attend an 8-week initial training program focused exclusively on how to operate and manage the business.

  • Support Officer – Each new franchisee is assigned a Franchise Support & Training Officer (FSTO), who will coordinate and oversee training from the beginning. This support staff will also be on the ground with you, at the store, upon opening to provide any additional support.

  • Crew Training – We provide two weeks of crew training for any franchisee’s first store crew. Ongoing, future training is always encouraged and provided for all crew members at both franchise and corporate locations.

  • Marketing Support – Franchise owners receive assistance from our marketing team throughout their development, store opening, and ongoing operations. Digital and website support, financing and loyalty offerings for customers, and toolkits including printed materials are just a few of the tools made available by our marketing team.
