The EXPRESS OIL CHANGE & TIRE ENGINEERS Policy for Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Security, Notification and Confidentiality describes the types of personal information we collect, how we use the information, with whom we share it, and the rights of and choices available to individuals regarding our use of their information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you contact us about our privacy practices and to exercise your rights. We at EXPRESS OIL CHANGE & TIRE ENGINEERS, along with our subsidiaries and affiliates listed (“Express Oil”), respect your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to (1) our customers, (2) our job candidates, (3) users of our Sites and apps listed, and (4) representatives of our clients and vendors. This Policy does not apply to our staff employees, who are individuals employed by EXPRESS OIL CHANGE & TIRE ENGINEERS and who work directly for EXPRESS OIL CHANGE & TIRE ENGINEERS and not directly with a EXPRESS OIL CHANGE & TIRE ENGINEERS client.

We collect and use your information to help understand our customer needs and provide a tailored experience for how you interact with our brand. The information is only distributed to services that help us execute this unique content experience for you. In regards to our texting feature for appointment reminders and service updates via text; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Messages will be halted for a 3-month period. You will be re-opted in each time you make an appointment online unless you select to opt-out, which can be done by unchecking the notifications box. Your number is used for internal purposes only. We do not sell any of your information to third parties.
In addition, we use information collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, web server logs and other automated means for purposes such as (i) customizing our users’ use of our Sites; (ii) delivering content tailored to our users' interests and the manner in which our users use our Sites; and (iii) managing our Sites and other aspects of our business. We also use third-party analytics services on our Sites, such as those of Google Analytics and Adobe Omniture. You may see ads on other websites as we engage third-party advertising networks. Through such advertising networks, we can target our messaging to users through demographic, interest-based and contextual means. Through the ad networks, we can track your online activities over time by collecting information through automated means, including through the use of third-party cookies, web server logs, pixels and web beacons. The networks use this information to show you advertisements that may be tailored to your individual interests. The information our advertising networks may collect on our behalf includes data about your visits to websites that serve EXPRESS OIL CHANGE & TIRE ENGINEERS advertisements, such as the pages or advertisements you view and the actions you take on the websites. We do not disclose personal information we collect about you, except as described in this Privacy Policy or in separate notices provided in connection with particular activities. This information is subject to the privacy policies of the providers of the plug-ins and widgets, and EXPRESS OIL CHANGE & TIRE ENGINEERS is not responsible for those providers‘ information practices.
We offer you certain choices in connection with the personal information we collect about you and how we communicate with you. To update your preferences, ask us to remove your information from our mailing lists, exercise your rights or submit a request, please contact us as indicated in the “How to Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy. To the extent provided by the law of your jurisdiction, you may request access to the personal information we maintain about you or request that we correct, amend, delete or block the information by contacting us as indicated below.
